Just when you thought you saw enough of them, Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey held their wedding party Tuesday night at Six Flags Magic Mountain in California.
According to Eonline, the couple rented the theme park for themselves and 100 of their closest friends, family and business associates, which Mariah’s manager, Benny Medina, Mariah’s mother, Nick’s father, and his half-brother, Reuben.

Analysts are suggesting that Sen. Barack Obama appeal to evangelicals to win Kentucky next week. According to a recent Rasmussen Report, Sen. Hillary Clinton is leading the state by twenty-five percentage points, 56 to 31. In preparation for Tuesday’s event, Obama’s campaign is distributing fliers that depict Obama in the pulpit with a cross overhead.
The flier recounts the day that Obama became a committed Christian: After graduating from Columbia University, Barack Obama moved to Chicago’s South Side to work as a community organizer in neighborhoods devastated by the closing of local steel mills.
Obama forged a profound connection with the people of these communities. At their encouragement, he visited a local church one Sunday. That day Obama felt a beckoning of the spirit and accepted Jesus Christ into his life.
The Obama campaign is also enduring some much less positive promotion. Mulligan’s Bar and Grill in Cobb County, Ga., is selling t-shirts with a picture of Curious George peeling a banana, with the words “Obama ‘08″ underneath.

Don’t know if you already reported this or not but Larry Johnson & Julissa got engaged this weekend. I was in Vegas and on Saturday night me and my girls went to PURE nightclub. On the flat screens they had in the club, they had pictures of Julissa and Larry from when they were really young to the time when they became a couple. Under the pictures it said Congratulations Larry and Julissa & the DJ kept giving them shout outs. Larry looked extremely happy and was dancing on tables all night. Julissa was by the DJ both just chillin’. But when the night was over, they were all hugged up on each other. It was really cute!
Sen. Hillary Clinton won a lopsided victory over Sen. Barack Obama in Tuesday’s West Virginia Democratic Primary. According to exit polls, more than 8 in 10 backed Clinton. However, because of his lead in delegates, her win in one of the whitest and most rural states is unlikely to hurt Obama’s chances of winning the Dem. nomination.
Obama’s aides said his lead in delegates and in the popular vote had him feeling like a winner. The Times headline pretty much sums it up: Hillary Clinton takes West Virginia but defeat still looms.

Lil’ Wayne and Kanye West have joined forces once again, this time for the “Lollipop” remix, an extended metaphor, comparing food and sex. The last time they collaborated was on one of my favorite tracks from Kanye’s last album, Graduation, “Barry Bonds.” I actually prefer the remix to the original version - it gets a little monotonous, but this one is short, sweet and straight to the point. “Lollipop” really goes off in the club, so I’m sure everyone will love this track. I actually wouldn’t be mad at this song being packaged on the album. Lil’ Wayne is releasing his new album, The Carter III on June 10th.

Here’s the full version of Ashanti’s second single, “Body On Me,” that we posted a snippet for yesterday. The song reminds me of the ’90’s a little bit. Although I see the radio friendliness of the song, I can’t stand Akon on the chorus. I’m wondering if they’ll put a video out for this before they release the album in June. I think the trend has become having two videos out before the album drops, even though “The Way That I Love You” is doing well on radio and still on countdowns.
